Beautiful rural house located on a plot of 500 square meters, in the municipality of Cenes de la Vega, province of Granada. The house is located at a level of 5 meters higher than the road, protected by a stone wall.
With a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, the house is perfect for families with children or people with reduced mobility because it does not have stairs. The decoration has been very careful and always seeking the greatest comfort. Behind the walls, we will find:
As for the exterior of the house, we have a 70 square meter orchard with cherry, pear and mandarin trees among other things. The pool is perfect for you to rest in the sun and in good weather during the summer months in which it is in operation. There is a room with the treatment plant and a outdoor bathroom with shower. The porch is located next to the pool and very close to the kitchen. It has its outdoor furniture and a barbecue, and Moorish oven.
We also have a children's play area and a garage with enough space for 2 cars.
