In the heart of the historic center of the town of Pollença, on the island of Mallorca, stands our wonderful rural house, a place where you will discover that a modern decoration is not at odds with the rural character of its surroundings.
The house, with three different floors, has space for eight people.

When we enter it, we discover a modern and bright space of great amplitude, offering a comfortable resting place for a well-deserved vacation.
We begin the tour of the house in the living room, where we are welcomed by the dining table, on the left, with numerous chairs upholstered in a bright white color, to then arrive at the area of ​​the living room, with two dark sofas, in contrast to the white walls, are located in the center around the large television plant.

Further on, we find the American kitchen, also decorated with modern white furniture that highlights the natural light, which in addition to being fully equipped, has a practical American bar where you can have breakfast comfortably in the morning.
From this open space, we have the access to the interior patio of the house, where you can cool off in its modern pool, which includes a pleasant night lighting or also relax on the sun loungers. If you want to eat outdoors, you can prepare food in the kitchen, and on the outdoor table, you can all meet together.
Returning to the dining area, we find the stairs to the first floor, where two rooms with a pair of beds are distributed, which share a bathroom with shower, plus another bedroom with a double bed, the which, in addition to incorporating a full bathroom, has access to a wonderful terrace.

The top floor houses the fourth bedroom, which is, nothing more and nothing less, a luxurious and ample space with a double bed, and which includes a dressing room with a bathroom equipped with Italian shower and access to a terrace which can be used as a solarium to sunbathe and relax.

The old town of Pollença is surrounded by a country landscape in the rural setting of Mallorca.

Much of the charm of this small town is that it has been able to preserve its rural essence despite having become a tourist destination on the island.
Its location, away from the coast, is due to the fact that, at the time, its ancient inhabitants chose the place as a safe zone against the attack of pirates, and during the subsequent time, different cultures have inhabited it, leaving their imprint.

But if what you want is to enjoy spectacular views of, we suggest an excursion to Cabo Formentor, where the Serra de Tramuntana ends in the form of vertiginous cliffs on the seashore.
