The house is located at Fuerteventura a only 10 minutes from the coast. It is fully quipada and has capacity for 4 people distributed in 2 double bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms offers a double bed dressed and fully equipped. It is a diaphanous space where the decoration and colors are typical of the houses in the area. Through the sale of wood you have a view of the spacious garden of the accommodation. The room has a wooden wardrobe.

The other room has 2 single beds equally equipped, which are located in a space with high ceilings. The roof of the whole house is dark wood like the beams that support it. In turn, the floor is very elegant wood. We offer a cot at the request of the clients.

The living room has a sofa and armchairs that are enough for all guests to feel at home. In this place is a colorful fireplace, which gives warmth and support to the entire house. It has television, stereo and the whole house enjoys free WIFI signal.

The kitchen is complete, it has refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and other utensils and utensils necessary for the experience to run smoothly. The entire countertop and the kitchen furniture are made of wood to match the rest of the house.

The bathroom has the elements and toiletry products necessary to feel comfortable. We offer a complete towel set for guests. In the bathroom itself there is a dressing room for greater comfort and privacy of the guests.

From the living room you can access the X1 terrace and porch. There are furniture, loungers and armchairs where we can rest and have a drink while enjoying a wonderful sunset. It is an ideal space to sunbathe and cool off with the sea breeze. In the furnished garden there are several kinds and types of plants of the area, placed in the characteristic black sand of the island. Each of the rooms is suitable for the maximum comfort of the guests, the high ceilings and the large windows allow the place to be very bright and fresh.

Outside is the brick barbecue ready to be used. The whole plot measures 100m2. We have a parking area for the convenience of our guests. Access to the house is paved and signposted.

The house is located in the southwest of the island of Fuerteventura, in the area of ​​La Pared. A quiet space where you can enjoy a vacation in peace.
