Casa Simona

 The rural house is in Aldeadávila de la Ribera a small town in Salamanca.

It is an ancient house fully restored that has stone walls and the interior is decorated in toasted and yellow tones, with wood details. The furniture are old and follow the rural decorative style. 

In the lower part we have a kitchen dining room that occupy the same space.

The dining room has a table for 6 diners, a stone so that you temperate the temperature when the cold samanate is very strong, a sofa where you relax while you watch the television and a little table for coffee.

The kitchen has a variety of electrodes, both large (dishwasher, washing machine or oven) and small devices (a toaster or a coffee maker). In addition, you also have the utensils you need when preparing rich meals, as well as utensils to taste them.

A wood and wrought iron scalera gives us access to the upper floor where the rooms are.
There are 3 double bedrooms that are distributed as follows:

• 2 of them have a pair of individual beds each. You can use them both together and separated. Both have the stone walls, which gives that rustic air to the rooms.
• The last bedroom is perfect for couples, because its bed is marriage.
• In the 3 you have the clothes for bed so much (sheets, blankets, comforters) and the cleaning clothes.

You can add a supplementary bed for a seventh guest and a cradle, if you come with your babies.

In the house there is 3 full bathrooms, one of them with a hydromassage column.

The house is located in Aldeávilla del Duero one of the areas with the most tourist and cultural offer.

It is located within the Natural Park of Arribes del Duero that is between the provinces of Salamanca, Zamora and in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, also delimits with the Portuguese border.

In the area the Duero and Águeda rivers converge that separate Spain and Portugal.
