This country house, built according to the typical architecture of Mallorca, is located within the limits of the town of Pollença, a perfect destination to explore the coast and the interior of the island.
It is located on a quiet area, somewhat isolated, so it offers an incredible space for disconnect surrounded by the beautiful Mallorcan countryside landscapes.
The house is designed to accommodate six people, and with exteriors to fully enjoy during the summer season.

The garden area is where the pool is located, a space where you can cool off when the heat is strongest, surrounded by natural grass where you can lie in the sun, although if you prefer more comfort, you can relax in the sun loungers.

Near the house, we find a leisure area, equipped with a ping pong table and a pool table, so that you can have fun, and, in addition, it has a wonderful covered gazebo where to prepare a delicious barbecue on the barbecue.

This space is the one that communicates with the interior of the house, distributed in a floor, and that is distributed in several rooms:

• The kitchen, in the first place, is the room that we will find from the gazebo. It is a space of large dimensions and equipped with a rustic style combined with modern appliances. In the central area it also includes a rectangular table that can be used as office.

• Through an arch, the kitchen leads to the dining room. First, we came across the dining table, in a rustic style, with two continuous benches and two chairs around it. Then we go to the space of the living room, with two sofas placed in an L shape, which are located in front of the television and an old decorative wood stove, which brings an antique touch to the house, along with old tools tillage.

• Turning to the bedrooms, we find three different rooms. One room is equipped with a double bed and the other two rooms include a pair of beds.

• As for the toilet, the house has two full bathrooms. Both are for common use by all guests and have a shower and a bathtub respectively.

The Mallorcan town of Pollença is a destination that combines incredible beaches with a more rural area.

The latter, the original town that is located somewhat away from the coast, is the one that maintains its essence, with beautiful Mallorcan-style houses scattered through its beautiful and steep streets, offering, in its highest point, a beautiful stamp of the town.
Its beaches, in the coastal area, are of crystal clear waters and an intense turquoise color, providing a paradisiacal space to enjoy a relaxed day in front of the sea.
