Casa Tía Irene II

In the small town of Santotís is our large house of the sixteenth century that is divided into 3 floors, of which the first is intended for a house and the 2 remaining in the upper part to another. A house that has a very modern and colorful decoration that combines perfectly with the facade of rustic style that has been wanted to conserve.

In the first floor we will find the following stays:

• The living room which has a large sofa accompanied by a small table next to a TV. A perfect area for rest or reading, it is also the meeting place of the house. A dining table serves to differentiate the kitchen that is in the same room.

• The kitchen is very simple, but elegant and above all, it is equipped with appliances that will help you cook in the fastest and best way.

• A double bedroom with its bathroom perfectly furnished. The bed is ready with sets of sheets and blankets and the bathroom has towels ready.

• A small toilet closes all this plant.

A glass decorated with typography takes you to some stairs that go up to the third floor of the house, the second for this accommodation:

• In this area we have other 3 double rooms, also with their respective bathrooms. Highlight the presence of one color per room, which gives them different styles, but always taking care of all the details. For this reason we leave at your disposal all the sheets and blankets that make up each of the beds of the house. In the bedroom you will also find furniture to store your clothes and belongings. The light is very important for us and therefore each of the rooms has a window with outside.

The house has a nice garden where you can walk and breathe fresh air. Here is a park so that the kids can play and have a lot of fun while you have a snack in the picnic area that we have prepared.

The nature and the beautiful landscapes surround the town of Santotis, in the north of Burgos. The XX River Jerea surrounds the Valley of Tobalina, environment that offers spectacular views.

The various routes we can do can start by visiting Torre de los Bonifaz, in Lomana. Just 4 kilometers from where we are staying, we find this fortified house of the fifteenth century and has a large tower in Gothic style.

In another town in the area, Puente Arenas we have the church of San Pedro de Tejada. It is a Romanesque monument that is listed as one of the most beautiful in the Castilian area. It has a facade and very perfect walls that convey a lot of harmony in every corner.

We recommend you also visit the Eremitorio de San Pedro, which is an artificial cave whose main function has always been a church. It draws attention to the place where it is located, how it is made and above all the function it exercised in the seventh and eighth centuries.
