Located in the center of the Teruel town of Calaceite, this rural house is designed for families who want to spend a few quiet days, away from all the hustle and bustle of cities in a town, but without giving up all the comforts they are used to..

The house is equipped with ample spaces and is built in stone and wood with a extension of 96 square meters.

With capacity for 6 people, it has the following spaces:

• 2 bedrooms, one of them furnished with double bed and located on the ground floor and separated from the rest of the spaces through a consistent curtain. The other one located in the attic and with 4 individual beds, ideal for children, which also has a plasma television. The roof of the attic has a window from which you can see the bell tower.

• A complete bathroom in which you will be able to relax taking a bath in the spacious bathtub that we have and a toilet on the ground floor.

• A fully equipped modern kitchen with washing machine and all appliances necessary to make the cooking process easy and fast. This space opens to the room which makes it an ideal place to share with family or friends.

• A living-dining room where you can relax on your black leather chaise longue sofa, while you watch the plasma television that is in the front, next to the wooden table which is ideal to eat all together, and with a wood-burning fireplace framed in brick that brings warmth to the room.

In addition, the house offers the following services:

• Heating through a duct that connects to the wood burning fireplace and air conditioning on the ground floor.

• Parking for vehicles located in another of the complex's accommodations.

• Tourist information about the area to plan well visits.

• Internet WiFi connection located in the game room of another accommodation in the complex. Check with the owners the conditions of access.

Calaceite is a town of more than 1000 inhabitants located in the province of Teruel. Despite having found prehistoric remains, and the first houses having been built in medieval times, the boom of this city occurred in the seventeenth century with the prosperity of the oil trade. That is why most of its houses and streets date from this time, which makes the visitor feel automatically transported to it when he walks through them.
In this town there are 2 of the Iberian towns that are located in the region, that of San Antonio and that of Tossal Redó. These historical remains show hikers the uses and customs of this town, one of the first to occupy the peninsula, supported by some of its tools and architecture.
Not far from the area, 12 kilometers from Calaceite, is Arens de Lledó, a small town of about 200 inhabitants that still preserves the Portal de Baix, one of the entrances to its wall. Both the wall and the portal date from the 18th century and when you walk through them, you find yourself in a picturesque little town with intricate streets and architectures that span several centuries.
