Casa Tramuntana

The house is located in Sant Feliu de Boada,, a municipality that belongs to Girona. It has a maximum capacity of 8 people and has 2 floors. It is another of the houses that make up the Ginesta complex.

It is made up of 3 bedrooms:

• 2 double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, both with double bed.
• A double bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a triple or quadruple.

All rooms have their own bathroom and all the necessary toiletries and bed linen.

The terrace, which is accessed from one of the double rooms, has lounge chairs and an umbrella as a solarium, so that you can enjoy both the sun and the shade, with wonderful views of the natural landscape that surrounds the house.

On the ground floor,, apart from the double bedroom, you can find a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. In it you will have sofas to relax watching television and a large wooden dining table for all the diners.

You can choose where to enjoy your lunches and dinners, on the one hand in the living room in the heat of the fireplace, or on the other hand outdoors, since the house has a table on the garden porch to which you will have direct access from the living room-kitchen.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need in terms of appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, etc., and all types of kitchenware such as cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils...
The entire house has heating,, and air conditioning, so that you can attend whatever the season, and you will also have free internet access / Wi-Fi to always be connected.

Outside you have parking area.

The house is located in the municipality of Sant Feliu de Boada. It belongs to the region of Baix Empordà, so you can visit the rest of the towns such as Bisbal, Torroella de Montgrí, etc. in a few minutes.

You cannot miss the coves and cliffs with crystal-clear waters of the municipality of Begur, the medieval castle of Calonge-Sant Antoni or the fishing village of Palamós.
