Its large capacity allows the stay of 10 people, within a space of 500 m2 divided into:

• The hall has a classic style that will welcome you to our fantastic facilities, with a leather sofa and a dressing table where you can leave your keys. Next to it, the elegant stairs to go up to the upper rooms.

• 5 Bedrooms, all with 2 single beds except the main one, which has a double bed. Three of these rooms have access to the enormous terrace on the second floor, furnished with original armchairs and with a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding towns.

These spaces are loaded with different details so that you feel with the comfort of home. They have air conditioning against the heat and plugs near of the headboards, which is always a plus. They are built on a wooden floor and to store luggage they have wide closets so that clothes do not wrinkle.

• 4 Bathrooms that can contain bathtub or shower for toilet purposes. They will guarantee your comfort thanks to their marble furniture and large furniture that sometimes has up to double sinks and designer mirrors. Our goal is that you only come here to relax after a long day at the beach, so we have left essentials and clean towels for each of you.

• A fully equipped kitchen, also with accessories for the little ones such as high chairs or high chairs. Its retro style has a light entrance that is perfect when using the ceramic hob, with which you can prepare delicious meals and share them later in one of the dining rooms.

It has everything from key appliances like the oven to breakfast items like a toaster. It is even suitable for coffee lovers, because we know that you love this drink.

• A fairly spacious room, divided into up to three corners, each one special in its own way. The main one is a living room that has a set of armchairs around a fireplace. Right in front is the flat screen TV, so you don't lose track of your favorite series.

Further ahead there is a room dedicated to a long dining room for all the tenants, where you can share great moments over the table.

Lastly (and we love) a library with a study area. Here you can immerse yourself in the dozens of stories on the shelves and enjoy them on the sofa by the window. It is so special that you can even put background music to your choice.

There are also several rooms with sofas or armchairs oriented in spaces with windows and towards the patio that you can enjoy and that are perfect for relaxing when you are not touring the island.


The property sits on a 2000 m2 plot that is also divided into some exterior areas:

• Before crossing the glass door of the living room, , a porch will welcome you to our particular oasis. The structure of the house is based on traditional Canarian houses and this area is the meeting point between the gardens and the interior of the house, in addition to the entrance door.

That is why it is full of different amenities that create a recreational complex with a ping pong and pool table How fun!, as well as a covered chill out where you can relax with views of the pool.

• The terraces also house outdoor dining areas that are ideal on summer afternoons for sharing after-dinner meals. The best of all is that you can even prepare a delicious barbecue with local grilled products.

• A private patio that begins the garden and from where you can admire the sea. It is very spacious, with multiple possibilities for walking or for the children to play ball.

• The favorite spot for our guests, the large garden with private pool. You will feel in a small paradise surrounded by palm trees and the greenery of the lawn, which also has several hammocks to relax and sunbathe. On the other hand, the glass is located on a tile platform, with steel stairs to access the interior.

Among the original spaces of the house, there is an outdoor changing table where you can put on your swimwear. Likewise, there is a traditional wine cellar and a corner for the washing machine, in case you need it.

Nearby there is a parking area where you can park your vehicles.
