In San Roque del Acebal, belonging to the council of Llanes, is this unique rustic housing.

Its facade is the most characteristic due to the green color of its walls, as well as its wooden windows typical of the typical Asturian constructions.

It is the best option if you want to spend a few days of vacation with your family or a group of friends, since its interior allows an occupancy of up to 6 people.

It consists of two attic bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds and a third room with double bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped one with shower tray and the other with bathtub.

The kitchen with ceramic hob is American style and is equipped with several appliances. It communicates directly with the dining room and the living room: two rooms overflowing with light, with sofas and dining table and overlooking the garden outside the house.

The garden acapara the prominence of the house. From the porch you can see this well-kept space where the green of the lawn stands out. It has a swing for the recreation of the smallest and barbecue to prepare a good meal on the grill and taste it on your covered terrace.

San Roque is a llanisco town with less than 400 inhabitants.

Just 6 km from the house sits the coastal village of Llanes, known for being a fishing port and for its promenade from which to contemplate its beautiful beaches and the concrete walls of the port, transformed into "The Cubes of the Memory ", work of a Basque painter.

If you decide to opt for inland tourism, there are spots that deserve to be visited, such as the Sanctuary of Covadonga or Route of the Cliffs in Ribadesella (about 20 minutes from Casa Verónica), a perfect place to observe from the precipices the greatness of the Cantabrian Sea.

In summer, the parties of San Roque on August 16 are known in the area.
