This beautiful house, located in the Asturian town of El Vallín, is an old typical construction of the area that has been totally renovated, including all the amenities, but at the same time maintains its rural essence.

In the middle of an extensive terrain, which you can enjoy, it has some spectacular views both to the mountain and to the sea that will make you completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle and the daily rush.
It consists of a total of three floors:

The ground floor, on the one hand, the living room is located, with several sofas, a beautiful wooden furniture on which the television rests, as well as a fireplace, which , if your stay is in cold season, it will make the stay very warm and pleasant.

It is also equipped with DVD and a collection of movies as well as board games, so that you can have fun moments.

On this floor there is also the kitchen, open and of the American type , where you can cook using the appliances and utensils with which is equipped.

In addition, it also has a dining area with a large wooden table to match the chairs.
Accessing through the stairs, on the second floor, we have two double rooms, both with double beds, in which to highlight the ceilings, with wooden beams, as well as the beautiful views that can be seen from its large windows, which bring great light to the rooms.

On the second floor there is a one of the two bathrooms that houses the house, this one with a shower and daily hygiene equipment available to customers.
In the third and last floor, we find a room diaphanous with an attic, with a roof entirely in wood and with several skylights that make the room have plenty of light. It includes a comfortable double bed, as well as a small reading area, in front of a large window, which has a sofa and a beautiful lamp.

In a separate room, on this same floor, there is the second bathroom, complete and with a bathtub.

In the outdoor , as we have said, it has a large garden, in which the little ones will enjoy, as well as if you travel with a pet, since we admit animals, you can have fun exploring the environment.
Next to the house, we also find a terrace area with garden furniture, from which you can contemplate the amazing views.
In addition, you can park your car without problems, since we have, inside the accommodation, parking area.

We are located in an environment with a unique location, in the small town of El Vellín, in Asturias, in an area of ​​ mountain, but at the same time very close to the sea and its beaches.

Another reference site in this area, and that you should visit, is the picturesque town of Luarca, a small town on the coast with great charm and where you can spend wonderful days on its beautiful beaches.
