This rural house is located in a small municipality navarro, away from the bustle of major cities and surrounded by multiple and beautiful natural landscapes characteristic of the northern peninsular area. It is a house of traditional style, totally rehabilitated, with capacity to host 4 people.

It is the main house of the complex and is divided into 2 independent parts, one reserved for the residence of the owners and another for rural rental. The accommodation is accessed through a X
It has a living-dining room con floor of parquet y in which there is a sofa con a small cheslong, a piece of furniture with TV y DVD and a round wooden table with capacity for 4 diners.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and renovated in which we find different light colored wooden furniture, a table with chairs for 4 people and appliances completely new, such as the oven, the ceramic hob, the microwave or the refrigerator.

The house houses 2 double rooms, one with bed marriage and the other with 2 single beds, both with rustic wooden furniture, such as dressers and wardrobes. They consist of windows with views of the surroundings.

It has a bathroom completo, equipped with a shower corner screen, furniture with sink and mirror.

In the outside, guests can enjoy a wide terrace with tables and chairs from which you can glimpse the surroundings. There is also available a garden area with barbecue.

The house has central heating, parking area and garage for bicycles.

The village where the house is located, Donamaria, has magnificent views of the landscapes of the area. Tambien is within walking distance of other municipalities such as Santesteban o Elizondo, remarkable for its scenic beauty.

You can enjoy nearby Natural Parks, such as the Señorío de Beritz or the Aiko-Harria, already located in the Basque Country. They are ideal areas to disconnect and for excursions.

A little further away are cities of great cultural value and emblematic of this northern area, such as Irun, Donostia o Pamplona.
