Casas Las Cervalizas

We are in Entrambasaguas, in the heart of Campoo de Suso, in Cantabria, a dream zone between several natural parks and close to the Picos de Europa. Here we find a charming building, with the ancient air that gives the stone walls, well located to enjoy a stay in the middle of nature and to visit the most interesting rural enclaves in the area.

The large house is home to 2 independent houses, joined by an outdoor terrace that share both, soundproof and fully furnished following the same style to get 2 places that can be rented separately or jointly for larger groups.
Each apartment has space for 10 people. It is divided into several rooms, of which 4 are rooms; of these, 3 have a double bed and a private bathroom each, and the remaining room has 2 single beds. In addition, in the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed, for the last occupants.

Apart from the bathrooms in the rooms, there is a toilet on the ground floor and another bathroom in the attic. All have a toilet, and except the toilet all have a shower tray too.

On the ground floor there are also 2 common rooms of the house. On the one hand is the dining room, large and with exit to the terrace ; in it you can meet to watch the television o eat at the table ready for it. It is an excellent space to be together and entertained.

The kitchen is in the same room, on the other side of the stairs. Its distribution makes perfect to move and work throughout the space, and is not missing any object or kitchen to cook without problems and without missing anything. In addition, just in front of the ceramic hob, we find a table and 2 chairs plus, to complement the dining area of ​​the lounge.

As mentioned, the terrace is shared between the 2 houses, which makes this space the best meeting place in case of renting the entire building.

The environment lends itself to the practice of active tourism and nature. The house is located in a village between 2 large natural parks: the Fuentes Carrionas Natural Park and Cobre Fountain, in Palencia, and the -XX Saja-Besaya Natural Park, in Cantabria, with the Altos del Nansa and Saja Valleys and the Alto Campoo In this privileged environment you will enjoy multiple panoramas of unforgettable landscapes, such as the basins of the rivers Nansa, Saja and Besaya, and the view of the mountains of Sierra de Híjar.

Further west, the guest can be found at Picos de Europa Natural Park,, whose virgin areas and beautiful viewpoints will leave you speechless. On the way there, do not hesitate to stop in some of the most emblematic rural nuclei of the interior of Cantabria, such as Potes y Lerones.

Traveling north we will find the coast and the many urban centers que populate it, with interesting tourist attractions and beautiful beaches. Do not forget to visit San Vicente de la Barquera and enjoy its traditional seafood gastronomy, or the beaches and buildings of Comillas, or the streets and museums of Santillana del Mar.
