We offer you a set of 3 houses. Divided into 3 levels, it has a ground floor, first floor and attic and is located at San Miguel de Valero. It also has a common interior patio with access to Jacuzzi and sauna.

Upon entering the accommodation you will find the living room, composed of a 3-seater armchair and 2 sofas with a small table. In front of it is the fireplace, open in 3 parts, since it has 2 columns in the front part. The opposite wall, behind the couches, has a stone finish. It is a very bright room, since the entrance door is also made up of a large window that lets in a lot of light. There are also 2 doors with glass on the opposite wall, so you will have a room full of light. In addition, it has air conditioning.

Next to this is a wooden table with chairs like dining area and other furniture with shelves. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped . The lower part of the worktop has individual spaces that are covered by curtains adorned with floral patterns, matching the wall tiles. It also has a series of appliances, including a dishwasher, perfect to save time on scrubbing and to enjoy other opportunities that this house offers. On the other hand, the extractor hood and the door next to this area that gives access to the patio, will allow the room to be ventilated comfortably.

On this floor there is also a toilet, so it will not be necessary to go up and down the stairs to go to the bathroom. Next to the fireplace are the stairs to go up to the first level.
The patio interior is very spacious and has furniture to be able to sit and spend the day outdoors. From here you will have access to one of the most remarkable areas of the accommodation, a place to relax where the sauna and the Jacuzzi
are located.
On the first floor there are 2 rooms.

• One of them with double bed, with stone finishes in the headboard area and also on one side, where a small wall protrudes from the wall. This serves as a bedside table to be able to leave your belongings and a small lamp is placed on it. The lighting of the room, with 2 lamps above the headboard, gives a special charm and cozy.

• The other bedroom has 2 single beds, with a bedside table between the 2 and a cabinet in front of them. The lamps have plant details with leaves and are very well decorated. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace divided into 2 parts.

On this floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub that has a semicircular shape and is located on a higher level. Next to it is the washbasin, with a cabinet below with drawers and doors and a large mirror above it. It also has window.

In the upper part of the house you will find a attic with a double bed on one level. It is a spacious and very cozy space that has a bathroom complete with shower. There are other furniture:

• Floor lamp square.
• Cabinet with drawers and a trunk

The town in which this accommodation is located is ideal for to walk quietly through its streets and also take roads and get to know the nature that surrounds the place. You can approach the Sierra, the most famous is Las Quilamas. As in other places of the Spanish geography, you have the possibility of knowing natural parks. In this case you can enjoy Las Batuecas.

This town is located in Salamanca, a city that is a tourist attraction. There are a large number of churches and convents and other buildings to visit in the province, such as its town hall and also the cathedral.

As for the gastronomy of the town, there are 2 typical dishes that you can find: the frejones, which are prepared with green beans, bacon and cooked potatoes, and on the other hand, the potatoes revolconas, another preparation that you can try.
