The rural hamlet is located in the population of Bizkaia, Zeanuri, with a population of less than 1,000 inhabitants and surrounded by a paradisiacal landscape. Built following the style of the north of Spain and showing it in a very elegant way in its facade, we are already caught at first sight.

But it's inside where we really fall in love with this house thanks to its modern decor about certain elementos mezclados con wood and bricks visible in all rooms.

The apartment is designed to accommodate about 8 people, but thanks to its size can be included 5 extra beds and reach stay up to 13 people.

Divided in 2 floors we find:

• A lounge con 2 comfortable sofas facing a television and una with solid wood table as a dining area , in earth tones that give more importance to the beams and antique wooden lintels. There is also a chimney to withstand the cold of the north and a direct exit to the garden.

• Una decorada kitchen tiles in neutral shades, following the line of the rest of the house, and all appliances and utensils que any home would like to have, such as ejemplo oven, a washing machine or dishwasher.

• A total of 4 double rooms, una of them located on the ground floor and the other 3 on the upper floor. They continue with the decorative line and providing different colors to give a touch of personality and distinction. The extra beds will be introduced in these same bedrooms, as they have more than enough space.

• 3 bathrooms, decorated in colored tiles and with all kinds of amenities, maintaining the upper level of the apartment. We found 2 on the top floor and one on the ground floor.

If all this seems insufficient the house has another apartment that is also independent and in which may be another 9 people. In short, you can come to this area of ​​Vizcaya a group of up to 22 people and enjoy everything we offer you.

Outside shared apartments you can enjoy a garden area with grass which include a covered picnic area and a terrace furnished next to a barbecue, to enjoy the outdoors and purity of the environment.

The house is located in the village of Zeanuri, rodeado a thick vegetation and very populated. With a population of just over 1,000 inhabitants, it becomes an idyllic area where you can rest and disconnect in an almost obligatory way.

We are also offered a lot of places to visit, such as the Natural Parks of Gorbea and Urkiola, where amaze with its magnificent nature, or the caves of Balzola, cradle of the oldest archaeological site in the area.
