Caserío Eizaguirre

The rural house Eizaguirre is a old farmhouse del eighteenth century of Irún, which is currently repaired. The rural accommodation is located on the outskirts of the urban area, surrounded by mountains, pastures and green areas.

The rural accommodation has 235m2, divided into 3 heights and available to host 12 people.

On the ground floor we find a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a room. All rooms on this floor are adapted for the disabled.

The living room is distributed in a large area where we find television and DVD, a table for 10 people, fireplace, and several windows. On the ceilings there are wooden beams.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. It also includes crockery and kitchenware. It has a half wall tiled in tile and the upper half painted smooth.

The bathroom is very spacious. It has a bathtub with screen, a piece of furniture where the bath towels are placed. It is exterior and decorated in yellow tones.

The room on this floor is double. It has a double sofa-bed and is exterior.

On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The 3 rooms are double with single beds together. All of them are exterior and one of them has access to a balcony that overlooks the main facade of the rural house.

The bathroom is complete.

Already on the top floor of the rural accommodation we have a attic or attic. In it we find a room, a living room and a bathroom.

The room has a double bed and an upholstered roof with wooden beams. It is completely furnished.

In the living room we have another 2 single beds, which are extra beds, and a divan-bed.

The bathroom on this floor has a masonry roof. The walls are of small blue and white tiles and blue wall. It includes a shower with a wall that acts as a screen, and has a window placed on the ceiling.

All rooms of the house have wooden beams on the roof, and central heating and hot water.

There is Wi-Fi connection.

Outside there is space for the car park and a porch with garden.

The rural house is surrounded by nature, but only 10 minutes andando we present ourselves in Irún.

It is located on the border with France, so one of the closest beaches, 4 km away, is crossing said border.

It is also very well connected, since at 6 km is the airport de San Sebastian.

The Natural Park of Peñas de Aia corona this rural accommodation. Here you can enjoy thickets, saws and mines. The representative flora are the beeches and oaks.

Because Hendaye, San Sebastian or Hondarribia-Fuenterrabia are very close to Irún, you can visit and know beaches, museums, parks, hermitages, churches, houses, gastronomy..., or move a bit more and get to Pamplona o Bilbao. All these cities have a large and rich heritage that is worth visiting.
