Casita del Arroyo - La Casa de las Lilas

La Casita del Arroyo is part of a complex of houses that is located in Santa Clara de Avedillo. It is an old house that has been rehabilitated and have been transformed into 3 comfortable accommodations with capacity for many people which will allow you to come in very good company.

This house in particular is surrounded by a private patio that has some tables and chairs, in addition to a barbecue, which will allow you to enjoy good food outdoors. Also on the outside of the house you'll be able to leave your vehicle because there is enough space for it and this will make it much easier to stay when going to know pretty lugares.

Once inside the house we find a kitchen with classic furniture in which appliances are present to prepare delicious meals to your liking. The kitchen is attached to the living room which is very cozy thanks to the soft sofa that has and the fireplace that will allow you to heat the house when you need it.

There are 2 rooms double in the accommodation:

• El first de them is green and has a double bed . It is decorated sets of sheets and blankets in white and wooden furniture. It has a lot of light and is ideal for resting. It has a large closet and its own bathroom also decorated in the same way so that it is perfectly integrado.

• The s econd bedroom es in gray tones and tiene 2 single beds. Highlight the window that is right in the middle of the beds and that has views to the outside. Also the precious wardrobe in white color where you can store all your clothes. Of course the sheets and blankets are ready on the bed so that you see your llegada.

As we have already mentioned, the green bedroom has its own bathroom, but in the hall you will find another bathroom more, it is for the whole house. It has its shower, toilet and sink, in addition to the sets of towels and hair dryer.

In the house you will not miss anything, from board games to a multitude of activities that you can do outside. Definitely they are going to be a perfect holiday full of tranquility next to yours.

Santa Clara de Avedillo is in the province of Zamora. In the middle of the town is his parish and following a path that crosses it we also find the hermitage of Cristo del Humilladero.

We suggest you to make a visit since we are surrounded by beautiful places rich in culture. This is the case of Salamanca, which is located a few kilometers from us. Once there you have to walk around its characteristic plaza mayor where your Town Hall is located. Of Gothic style, they emphasize all the balconies that there are in the facade. It has a lot of life given that in it there are many bars and shops characteristic of here. In Salamanca we also have the vieja cathedral and the new one, they mix Baroque, Renaissance and Baroque styles. The River Tormes is responsible for surrounding this beautiful site.

If we prefer to visit Zamora, we will also find a place full of churches that stand out for their Romanesque style facades, as is the case of the Church of La Horta. But the real protagonist is his cathedral. A visit that will not leave you indifferent.
