Casita del Palomar - La Casa de las Lilas

In our complex The House of Las Lilas, in the village of Santa Clara de Avedillo, we have beautiful houses that have been built in an old house that had all the compartments of the time. Everything has been adapted so that at present a comfortable place is created in which you feel like in your own home.

The Casita del Palomar is one of them and has a capacity for people so you can come with a group of friends or your family. You will stay in a charming house whose decoration is taken care of down to the smallest detail.

There is a total of 3 rooms, one of them with double bed and the other 2 with single beds. Each one has a representative color and transmits different emotions. For example, the yellow bedroom and the purple one, whose blanket and blanket sets are white, have a much more romantic air, while the green room is more rustic. All are equipped and also have their own bathroom complete with sink, toilet and shower. There are lockers both in the room and in the toilet, this way you can organize all your belongings.

The living room is decorated very nice with sofas, one of them becomes a bed. There is a low table in the center and a bright window with exterior views accompanies it. In the white walls we can appreciate details of the previous walls that give the perfect point to the decoration. There is also a dining table that is extendable and that will allow you to eat with everyone.

The kitchen, which has access to the patio, is very complete. It consists of cabinets and appliances variados, in addition to the tableware and the cutlery. Absolutely nothing will be missing from you.

The house continues on the outside with a patio in which we have enabled a small table and chairs to be able to enjoy different foods outdoors, or simply sit and listen to the sound of nature. There is a barbecue totally available to all of you.

A few kilometers from Salamanca and Zamora capital we find our town, Santa Clara de Avedillo, where is our beautiful rural house. It is a quiet and relaxed place in which you can disconnect from everything but when it comes to discovering magical corners we will recommend some routes.

For example, a visit to the city of Toro, also in Zamora. Among its monuments we highlight the Colegiata de Santa María la Mayor, its facade was inspired by the cathedral of Zamora that also influenced the old Salamanca. Without a doubt it marked a reference. The Alcázar de Toro is a defensive building, it is from the 10th century and it was inhabited by the Catholic Monarchs.

As we have already mentioned, the cathedral of Salamanca was inspired by the Zamora. Salamanca is a beautiful city for which we can stroll and discover places, in addition to the cathedral, like its university o plaza mayor.

Finally we must go to see the aforementioned cathedral Zamora, in addition to the many Romanesque churches and monuments that characterize this beautiful and cultural city.
