In the beauty of the lands located in the area of ​​the Sierra de Francia, in the town of San Martín del Castañar, in the province of Salamanca, we have a beautiful and large rural house that follows to the letter the patterns of tradition and lordship of the houses in the area, but with a very special air inside that differentiates it from the rest in its taste for details.

Our house is made up of 3 floors in which there are 3 independent homes, all equipped with the most comfortable furniture and the most practical appliances, in an environment set by the classic beauty of the wood to vases and pretty paintings.

This home, in particular, is different from the others, mainly because of its garden, where different plants and foods are grown, which our clients will be able to taste. In this outdoor area there is also a beautiful 3-story stone barbecue that delights the most carnivorous.

• Already in the interior, we find 2 zones separated and differentiated by a hallway with metal railings and wooden edges, in addition to the columns, also made of wood, and a beautiful lamp hanging from the ceiling.L 2

• In the living room, the first room we find, there is a area specifically designed for rest,, entertainment and enjoyment of the family. This is furnished by comfortable sofas and a table decorated with a beautiful bouquet, as well as a piece of furniture with television, where you can store the controls for this TV and other objects. 

• Next to this area there is a wooden table with matching chairs, on top of which rests a beautiful vase, and surrounded by the decorations located on the shelves on the wall, that make up a wonderful bookcase equipped with different and entertaining books to enjoy in the tranquility of the room. Behind the table, facing the street, there is a small balcony, with a glass door and pretty curtains, where you can go out to contemplate the beautiful views of the area and breathe some fresh air.

• This dining room table dresses up at time to eat, when the chefs of the house put all their creativity to the test to create their best recipes in the kitchen. This is carefully and completely equipped with the best and most varied kitchenware, as well as elegant tableware. It is a traditional kitchen, which runs on gas, with a large refrigerator and in which we have arranged tools such as a microwave or a practical washing machine, and for which we have selected protectors, tablecloths, napkins and other clothing, which also serves to dress and protect the dining table. • The house has 2 comfortable bathrooms and a toilet, something smaller but equally practical. We provide our clients with clean towels, which they can find on top of their beds as soon as they arrive, so they can use them without any problem. They all have running water, electricity, and the furniture necessary for comfortable intimate use.

• After a day exploring the town or enjoying the tranquility and comfort of the house, our guests will be able to enjoy up to 4 double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, double bedrooms, and 2 singles,, all of them equipped with spacious and comfortable S2xxx

• Each bedroom has closets, the occasional chair and windows with curtains, in addition to being decorated with some paintings on the wall and beautiful and classic lamps hanging from the ceiling. They also do not lack plugs and radiators, which we turn on when the hot summer days begin to go away, so that our clients can enjoy a perfect stay in a fully equipped house.

In the province of Salamanca, in the area of ​​the Sierra de Francia and the Béjar, bathed by the passage of the Francia river, is San Martín del Castañar, a town of approximately 250 inhabitants that rises to just over 800 meters above sea level. Geographically, it is located near towns such as Las Casas del Conde, Cerceda de la Sierra, Nava de Francia o Cepeda.

It is located in a mountainous area, in which the rock of France stands out, between oak groves and chestnut groves, and is 70 kilometers away from the provincial capital. It is structured in small irregular streets with typical houses of the mountains, with traditional airs but without losing the manor, which is reflected in the shields of its facades.

Its historic center has some buildings from different periods. The oldest remains date from the time of the Romans, such as the Stela, followed by the Visigoth remains that are preserved in the archaeological site of the Legoriza.
