Catalingarde II

This stone house in the Roncal style is located in the urban core of the small rural village of Isaba, located on a hill in the Roncal valley, where you can taste a very special sheep cheese.

It is a building of new construction built in stone and wood to emulate the rest of the houses in the valley and imbue the guest with the tranquility that these natural materials transmit.

With capacity for 10 people, this house is distributed as follows:

• 4 double bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds, divided 2 to 2 between the first floor and the second. In addition, there is the possibility to add up to 2 extra beds.

• 2 bathrooms completely equipped, one on each floor and a toilet located on the ground floor.

• A kitchen finished in wood with metal furniture that combines classic and modern styles and is designed so that cooking is a fast process that does not take much time to the holiday period.

• A living room with dining table, designed for relaxation in front of the fireplace, to watch movies on the television comfortably and for play board games apply the dining room table.

• A outdoor terrace endowed with a firebox to make succulent barbecues and make meals in the outdoor furniture.

• A parking with capacity for a car at the door of the house.

Isaba is a small village in Navarre of about 470 inhabitants located in the valley of Roncal. This villa is located on a hill surrounded by the 3 rivers that converge to form the Esca (the Uztárroz, the Belagua and the Belabarce). The Roncal valley stands out for the elaboration of a sheep cheese that has a special fame.

Near this valley are the Bárdenas Reales de Navarra, a place with sandstone, clay and plaster floors covering an area of ​​42,000 hectares. Thanks to its composition, these soils have been eroded over the centuries by water and wind, so that they have formed a series of ravines, tabular plateaus and solitary hills that have made this place a Natural Park in the 2000.

Near this area is the Sierra de Leyre, in whose heart is Foz de Arbayún. It is a canyon produced by the erosion of the Salazar River in the limestone over the centuries. In this canyon lives the largest colony of griffon vultures of Navarra, which can be seen from the path that runs through the canyon.
