Cortijo Cerro Fuentes Nuevas III- Manuel

Cortijo Manuel Rural Accommodation is located in the Castril de Granada area, within the province of Granada.

It is a little house that is very striking due to its facade, decorated blank that contrast with the flashy floral decoration of the windows of the windows, with poppies in red tones.

It consists of 2 plants that are enabled for the access of a maximum of 10 people that, if they stay with us, can enjoy a series of comforts in their interior areas and leisure activities abroad that will make their stay an unbeatable time.

In its main floor, we have located the following zones:

• A complete kitchen that is distributed so that the countertop extends through the main front and, under it, spaces where the elements that form the makeup of this part of the house, appliances and cleaning products are located. It also has a roasted tile front and on which the cupboard has been hung with part of the dishes. It also has a small, very functional table that you can also use to eat.
• A dining room in which it is distributed, under its white ceilings in contrast to the brown of its wooden beams the dining table that leaves space for all the guests to eat and, on the other hand, two sofas in red tones, one in front of another, separated by the firewood fireplace and, on it, the decoration with botijos that the traditional touch gives it.
• A bathroom in which we have integrated a bathtub that is completed with the rest of the basic toilets. It has a window that gives it the right luminosity and, finally, towels at your disposal.
• 3 double bedrooms which are distributed in, two with two individual beds that are decorated in the same style, integrating into the decoration of both, bedside tables, headboards and windows that are covered by curtains with floral motifs. The third bedroom has a very comfortable marriage bed where you can rest perfectly. For all of them there are bedding.

In the second floor of the house:

• A bathroom that, like that of the lower floor, has a new bathtub and sanitary. Various towels are included for all our users.
• 2 double bedrooms ; one with a marriage bed and the second, with two individual beds. Both, being in the upper part, have an abuhardillating on their roofs that gives them a very cozy touch. In addition, the bedding and furniture that your stay much more pleasant is also included.

In the exterior areas there is a porch in which we have installed a barbecue to cook outdoors and then sit on the part enabled for it that has outdoor furniture. In the most extensive area, a large pool will delight large and small in the heat epoic.

Finally, there are leisure facilities that are made up of a basketball court and soccer field to which the ping pong table is added and the swing zone.

In Castril de Granada our rural house is located, an area that belongs to the province of Granada.

It is a municipality that is almost playing with the Sierra de Granada, whose mountains are perceived from the windows of the house.

Always in contact with nature, this area is found in the skirt of a rock, so, in the angve he was given the name of Castril de la Peña. It is precisely there its tourist attraction, having numerous hiking routes through which to access the most natural areas of this region and in which there is a large presence of rivers and waterfalls.
