Cortijo La Cabaña

The rural farm is located in the Granada town of Íllora. Its name refers to the construction, which has followed the steps of the typical Andalusian farmhouse, although it has been recently built.

It has capacity to house 7 people in 2 floors, although asymmetrically.

It has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are double and one single. Practically all are on the top floor, which is accessed from the living room by beautiful wooden stairs. We leave at your disposal a crib for babies.

So on this second floor are the bedrooms, one of the 2 bathrooms that has the house and a reading room. Which is next to an interior balcony that overlooks the living room and the other common areas on the lower floor.

The living room is also dining room and has fireplace. It is located next to the kitchen, which is properly equipped with the appropriate appliances and in perfect condition.

The exterior of the house is composed of 5,000 square meters s and you can find the following areas:

• Porch next to the entrance door with tables and chairs.
• Barbecue space and picnic table roofing.
• rectangular pool with landscaped surroundings and some sun loungers.

In our rural house the entrance to animals is admitted.

The main economic source of Íllora comes from the work of the many olive fields that are there. What also offers us beautiful landscapes to enjoy from the rural accommodation.

There you can visit the remains of what was once the Castle, which is located in the middle of the town on a rock. And next to it, some towers that remain, among which the one of Brácana stands out. You will also find 2 museums and a 16th century church.

is about 30 kilometers from Granada, where you can see one of the great wonders, The Alhambra. And less than an hour's drive from Sierra Nevada.
