Cortijo Las Golondrinas

Our rural house rose more than a century ago. It retains all the charm of the old, which gives it a very rustic and cozy air. However, it is renovated, so that you have all the current comforts.

We have a maximum 8 people that can be distributed in 3 bedrooms. All of them are double, with a marriage bed. Also, their ability can be expanded, adding 2 supplementary beds. Therefore, the house is perfect for traveling in families, in pairs or, simply, groups of friends.

All bedrooms have furniture to complete the rooms, such as cabinets or night tables.

As for the common areas, it has a large stone hall, with rustic air, thanks to the fact that we have combined wood and stone. It is fully equipped with large sofas so you can rest, a center auxiliary table and a television. You can enjoy a good talk, a movie on television, while feeling the heat of chimney.

The cuisine has different appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, fire kitchen, etc. You also have a variety of chest and cooking utensils. Also, if you prefer to eat in the kitchen, in this one you can do it, because it has a wooden table and chairs, with capacity for 8 diners.

The house also has 2 full bathrooms to which we have added cleaning clothes as towels.

Outside you can enjoy a wide patio, in which you will find:

• barbecue. great for roasting meats, vegetables, etc.
• garden furniture.  among others, you have a table with chairs, to taste what is prepared in the barbecue.
• A private parking area, in the event that you come with vehicle you will not have to worry about looking for a place.

Our home is located very close to the Regional Park of Sierra Espuña. Therefore, if you like the nature tourism, you can go to visit it and enjoy some places such as the Leyva walls. Also, another of the natural areas that you can visit is the Gebas Barrancos Park, a protected environment and that, its landscape, resembles the mole.
You can also visit the Rambla de Algeciras, a place full of pools and that, in summer, you can take advantage of them to take a bath.

Likewise, and in our town, you can go see his beautiful Hermitage, with white facade, which was built at the end of the 19th century

As for the typical dishes of the area, they stand out:

• The gypsy pot.
• The fresh pot.
• The rice with rabbit and snails.
