Description of Cueva La Menara
Our rural house is located in the municipality of Gorafe, in Granada.
The unusual thing is that it is really a cave, built with a special clay of years ago. You can come to spend a different vacation and you will take a sack of anecdotes to count.
The cave has a capacity for 4 people but for the largest groups, there is the possibility of sharing the cave to the side as well as its common areas.
This curious house was built years ago and its main characteristic is the temperature, maintaining about 19ºC at any time of the year.

In the exterior of the cave we are surrounded by nature and field, being able to enjoy the views sitting in the terrace. If you do not want to cook “underground”, you can always do it in the barbecue in our garden.

- wide kitchen where we have all kinds of appliances prepared to be used such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender or squeezer, in addition to complete dishes and different utensils to cook in a comfortable way.
- 2 double bedrooms, one of them with 2 individual beds and another, with marriage, although the bed really is of special dimensions. We also offer you bedding with sheets and blankets already set and a towel game for each of our guests. We also have at your disposal a cradle, as long as you request it previously.

In this town we will find numerous Caves Cueva as this that comes from the twelfth century when the pillows inhabited this area. In addition, in the town it is worth visiting the 198 Neolithic dolmens since it is an almost unique opportunity to see these mounds in Spain.
