Cuevas El Torriblanco

The accommodation is located at Gorafe, Granada, in an arid environment full of contrasts thanks to the rocky mountains that surround it. The house is at an altitude of about 100 meters. Consisting of 3 fully equipped caves with a total capacity of 15 people:

• Cueva the Alcaraván: 5 people
• Cueva La Calandria: 4 people
• Cueva El Torriblanco: 6 people

The cave El Alcaraván is distributed in a double room and a triple room. The matrimonial room is spacious and your bed is dressed and equipped. The triple room has 3 single beds equally equipped. Both spaces have a rural style decoration and full of details with typical motifs of the area. The night lamps are embedded in the stone wall.

It also has a room whose furniture is located in two holes in the wall, giving the place a very curious aspect. It also has a fireplace and flat screen TV. The dining room is located in this space and has a wooden table with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is located on one side of the living room and has all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom is complete and full of stone and wood details. We have cleaning products and towel sets for guests. From the terrace viewpoint you can see the entire landscape and also has furniture and a garden. In this area there is the barbecue and a garage.

The Cave Calandria has capacity for 4 people distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles. All beds are dressed and equipped. The rooms have enough cabinets to keep our belongings without problems.

The dining room accommodates 6 diners on a wooden table. Also the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to feel at home. It also has sofa and armchairs next to the fireplace.
The bathroom has all the elements and toiletries and a set of towels for each of the guests. In the outdoor area there is also a large viewpoint, terrace, garden and a barbecue. The cave has its own free garage.

The cave El Torriblanco has capacity for 6 guests, which are distributed in 2 bedrooms. A bedroom has 3 beds: one double and 2 singles. The other bedroom has a single bed; all are dressed and equipped.

The kitchen is very bright y offers all the necessary appliances to be comfortable. The dining room is located in front of the kitchen and has a capacity for 6 people on a wooden table. This area has a sound system and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has shower and we offer towel sets and toiletries for all guests. Outside is the terrace with garden furniture, plus a free garage.

The houses have been restored con elements and materials that allow rest and disconnection. The hand-cut stone walls and vaulted ceilings are still present in all spaces. All the energy they consume is solar-wind. We offer information on the most popular activities that are carried out in the area.

You can bring your pets and we have bicycles.

The accommodation is at Gorafe, a municipality of Granada with about 400 inhabitants during the year. One of the main places of interest is the Megalithic Park of Gorafe. This is an archaeological site where X
Around the place converge routes on foot or by car. There are routes of Dolmens, which are easy to travel and where the largest concentration of dolmens in Europe. The route Los Coloraos is by car and from where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets.

At the end of the valley you will find a thermal water spa, an outdoor pool and a large barbecue area. It is an ideal place to go with the family. Nearby is the Acequia del Toril, a thousand-year-old mineral wall where waters of high calcium carbonate content flow.

There is also the Pantano del Negratín, which has a natural beach area where you can practice canyoning, kayaking, fishing or canoeing. In the surroundings, the practice of donkey rides, hiking, mountain biking or hang gliding are also common.
