El Abrigaño del Cañón I

The Abrigaño del Cañón is a nice complex that is located in the province of Burgos, specifically in the village of Pesquera del Ebro. Lost in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to look for tranquility and peace.

We have 2 totally reformed houses that have a rustic air combined perfectly with modern dyes.

The first hosting has 2 floors. It is a very bright house thanks to the large windows that it has and through which you can see the beautiful views of the outside. The façade is made of brick in a light tone, very elegant and inside these materials have also been used in certain areas.

On the ground floor of the house we have a single room that houses the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The kitchen has a very striking furniture thanks to the orange color that brings a lot of energy to the environment. The appliances are perfectly integrated and will be very useful when cooking. You also have at your disposal all the utensils, cutlery and crockery.

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, you can see the table through the bar of the American kitchen. You also access the living room, consisting of several sofas and a television set.

On this ground floor we also have a double bedroom with double bed that is fully equipped with sheets and blankets and is also adapted for people with reduced mobility. Cuenta with his own bathroom, of course also adapted.

A small toilet closes this first floor very bright and cozy, which also has some stairs that give us access to first floor donde we find other 2 double rooms with their respective bathrooms. Once again, the beds are ready for resting and in the bedrooms you will find closets to organize all your belongings. In the bathrooms there are towels included.

Outside of the house there is a great courtyard de stone where we have enabled a barbecue and a picnic area. All this is an area shared with the other house of our complex, even so, you have your privacy and privacy.

We are in the village of Pesquera del Ebro, in Burgos. It is a Villa considered Historic Site and that has in its territory different architectural monuments such as the parish of San Esteban. It has a beautiful pile of stone that is very characteristic of the region. Another place to visit is the bridge built on the river Ebro whose structure is medieval and was initially built to be used for fishing.

We recommend you to get closer to other beautiful places of interest such as the neighbor Aguilar del Campoo. It is characterized for being the well-known Ruta del Besaya, part of the Camino de Santiago. Among its monuments we highlight the church of Santa Cecilia, the Monastery of Santa Clara or Castillo. The latter is of medieval style and is located on top of a hill. Some of the walls and towers are well preserved.

If you want a visit to the countryside, the Natural Park of Hoces del Alto Ebro and Rudrón, it will be your perfect getaway. The rivers cross the mountains creating a landscape of real dream. The vegetation merges with the most peculiar fauna, creating an emblem of the province of Burgos.
