Description of El Balcón de Nut I
This rural house is located in the Segovian municipality of Losana de Pirón.
It has capacity for 4 people + 1 extra, being made up of 2 bedrooms. One of them, the one called Tejo, has a double bed and the possibility of adding another single extra bed. We have called the other El Roble and it has 2 single beds. Both are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Among them is a spacious bathroom with a shower tray accessible for chairs and where we will leave the towels.
It also has a living room with fireplace,, , television, DVD, stereo and library. A perfect place to spend time having fun or relaxing watching a movie, reading a book or listening to music by the light of the fire. Wifi free.
The kitchen is fully equipped with details: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils. In a nearby independent room is the laundry area.
The single-storey house is located on a landscaped plot of 500 square meters and with numerous fruit trees and flowers with wonderful views of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park. It has barbecue and ideal furniture to enjoy great meals outdoors whenever the weather allows it.
You also have a large porch at the entrance equipped with tables and chairs in case you want to eat with the fabulous views that the area offers or see the stars at night.
It is perfect for both a family and a group of friends and if you are an animal lover you should know that pets are allowed, up to 2.
