El Boo I

This rural accommodation is located in Carabaño, an Asturian town of the Cabranes municipality. It is inside a beautiful private estate totally landscaped and has been built not many years ago. It combines perfectly the rustic touch with modern elements that provide comfort.

The house has 2 floors and has capacity to accommodate 4 people.

It has 2 bedrooms that are in the upper part of it. One of which has two single beds and a small living room with sofa, desk and window overlooking the garden. And another with a double bed. Both share on the same floor a bathroom on the same floor with two sinks and shower.

In this way on the ground floor is the spaces to share. As are the living room, which has a fireplace, television, library and board games. The kitchen, which is also a dining room, and in addition to the basic appliances has a washing machine and many other complementary. And in addition, 1 toilet.

Outside we find a large green esplanade where the older ones can enjoy a barbecue and a picnic table. And the smallest of a playground with swing and various toys.

On the same farm, just in front of this rural house, we have another very similar and also for 4 people. They are independent of each other, but in case of needing more space they can be rented both.

Carabaño is a small village that does not reach thirty people and belongs to Cabranes, very close to the central area of ​​Asturias. There we can visit three churches, that of San Julián de Viñón, that of Santa Eulalia and that of San Martín el Real. All built from the fifteenth century.

This is area of ​​great influence of the Indians, who were in this land for a long time. And you can still see its trace in the construction of houses or schools.

It is also a place from which to access others quite easily. About 40 minutes from the Picos de Europa and less than 20 kilometers from beaches.
