El Cañizar

We offer you this rural house located in the village of Villarquemado, located in the province de Teruel.

It is a 2-storey building de whose exterior and interior areas were recently with the finest materials and designed. All kinds of technologies have been integrated to improve the safety and well-being of our visitors. In an attempt to facilitate your stay with this we also achieve greater energy savings respecting the environment that surrounds us as much as possible.

In addition to the PLC and functional character, its interior consists of open spaces equipped with modern and traditional air at the same tiempo.

We can accommodate 6 people a, which can be distributed in 3 double bedrooms, situadas between the ground floor and plant superior. One features 2 single beds and two double bed large. Share 2 bathrooms equipped with shower tray and a modern design.

On the ground floor a kitchen, spacious and equipped with everything you need during your stay pudieseis is located. The wood fireplace presides over a small living room located next to the kitchen. The stairs that go up to the first floor are the ones that separate this area from the living room. A cozy corner with leather sofas and a plasma television for your free moments.

It is the radiant floor which is responsible for keeping the house warm in winter.

In spring, the outdoor patio will be one of the favorite areas. In it you can prepare great barbecue , and will be in the superior terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent views turolenses.

We also offer the possibility of using the bicycles available in our rural house. If you arrive by car you will not have a problem with parking on the outside of the house.

Villarquemado is part of the Valle del Jiloca y offers several tourist attractions such as:

• Laguna del Cañizar, one of the largest wetlands in the country and place of passage for some migratory birds. It is this lagoon that gives name to our home.
• Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, with several centuries of antiquity.

Teruel is located just 10 minutes drive from our rural accommodation and its streets offer a wide display of Mudéjar art:

• Tower of San Pedro and Tower of the Cathedral, erected in the XIII
century
• Plaza del Torico, whose main source do not forget to take a picture
• Sepulcher of "Lovers of Teruel" popularly identified with Romeo and Juliet, in Spanish version.

Albarracín is another place that we recommend you visit. A charming city that preserves the medieval flavor in its monuments, among which are the Castle and the Tower of the Walker.

If you plan to travel with children Dinópolis is only 20 minutes drive from the house. It is the largest theme park in Europe dedicated to the world of dinosaurs.
