El Caserón Del Abuelo

Our wonderful rural house is located in the Segovian town of Navas de Oro. It is the ideal place to come and spend a few days with family or friends, relaxed and enjoying the tranquility, always feeling at home.
It has a capacity of 13 people, being able to add 3 more by installing extra beds. Among our guests will also be welcome pets, babies that will have crib, high chair, bathtub and stroller and disabled people for whom we have fully enabled spaces.

Inside the house we can enjoy a large space dedicated to the kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen is separated from the rest by 3 arches made with stone and brick and inside it has all the necessary utensils for cooking. In the living room there is a beautiful fireplace with available firewood, a plasma television with DVD and a variety of toys for the smallest of the home.
As for the bedrooms, there are a total of 4, of which 2 are double where you can install the crib for the baby and the other 2 are triple bedrooms with 3 single beds in each. If extra beds are needed, these bedrooms will be converted into quadruple rooms.
Regarding the bathrooms we have 3, one of them completely enabled for disabled people with handles and a special shower, and the rest with hydro massage showers, both for adults and children. In addition there is also a small toilet.
The attic and the garden deserve a special mention. Starting with the first, it is a space with exposed beams on the ceiling and from which you can see the entire living room area. In this loft we also find sofas where you can relax or wait your turn while others play foosball, pool or with the electronic target.

On the garden, it is necessary to highlight its large fenced pool with wood to avoid scares with the little ones, and that has a thermal canvas to keep the water warm at night. There is also a covered area as a porch with a large table that seats up to 20 people and a barbecue, and a garage, also covered, where you can put up to 3 cars.

Navas de Oro is a town, which belongs to Segovia, in which it has all the services and establishments that you may need, such as supermarkets, butchers, pharmacies or health centers.
In addition, it is only 1 hour and 36 minutes from Madrid, ideal to get away and enjoy the tranquility without having to make a long journey on the road.
The house is 53 km from Segovia where you can spend a fantastic day of sightseeing visiting the Roman Aqueduct or the Cathedral and tasting its typical roast suckling pig.
Within the town itself you will see things as spectacular as the sticks or the bridges that cross the interior bathing areas produced by the river Eresma.
