El Cerezal I

We offer you a rural property that is located in the cozy little Asturian village of La Pereda . It is a unique and quiet place where you can rest enjoying a beautiful environment and a peaceful atmosphere. The house, completely renovated, has a capacity to accommodate a total of 4 people.

We have 2 rooms dos. One of them has double bed y the other with 2 single beds . Both bedrooms have their own bedding and are decorated with rustic furniture both in wood and wrought iron. You can appreciate magnificent views of the surroundings from them.

We have a bathroom complete with bathtub that share both rooms. It consists of walls lined in white tiles, sink and bidet.

Also we located a pequeño living room featuring a sofa, coffee table, TV , DVD and a library with copies of maps and guides a your disposal to organize excursions around.

In addition there is a kitchen independent equipped with all kinds of appliances, kitchenware and tableware.

You have the possibility to add a crib for babies under previous petiticón.

Outside, you can enjoy a garden featuring barbecue con firewood and enabled for lunch or outdoor dining area. Finally, you can make use of the parking area inside the farm.
