El Conserje- Cabo Goleta

This house with pool is located in Cabo Goleta, in the heart of Costa Blanca. In it you will find the perfect space to share with your loved ones, full of comforts and close to the beach.

With a maximum capacity for 5 people, your space is divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms: two of them with 1 double bed and the other with 1 single bed. The three of have clean sheets.

The rooms with double beds are larger and in them you will find chests of drawers under mirrors and large closets.

They all contain bedside tables next to the mattresses and you will see that they have beautiful floor designs and rugs.

• 2 Bathrooms with shower with glass partition and equipped with towels that we provide you. You also have essential such as toilet paper.

Here you will find an entrance of natural light in the toilet area and modern sinks. The mirrors have lighting at the top and around you will find different shelves for bathroom items. In case you need it we have included a hair dryer.

• 1 Modern well-appointed kitchen with a long white worktop, containing a chopping board. On it you will find the cooking area, as well as different items such as the coffee maker or the toaster, ideal for snacks and breakfasts.

It also has complete crockery and key appliances such as the oven, which is next to the fridge.

Inside, this area contains a beautiful dining room for you to share with your loved ones.

• 1 Living room chaired by 2 dark sofas and another large dining room in the same tone, although the best thing is its fireplace inside. It also has a flat screen television and a huge bay window that illuminates the entire room.

From here you have access to the terrace/balcony through a glass door and also to the rest of the rooms in the house, by stairs.

On the landing , you will see that there is a large mirror and various furniture at your disposal.

Outside you will find a large garden that includes:

• 2 private pools on the premises to cool off. One of them is smaller, ideal for children. Although they are surrounded by a tiled floor, next to it you also have a grassy area to lie on.

The natural environment of the Costa Blanca contains sandy beaches and clear waters, which combine with beautiful Mediterranean villages.

Specifically, this accommodation is located in the Cabo Huertas area, within the province of Alicante. A space where you can immerse yourself in the sea and sunbathe in the surrounding coves:

• Playa de la Almadraba: quiet and with dark sand, it is the closest to our accommodation.

• Playa de la Albufereta: adapted for people with reduced mobility, it contains several services and has fine golden sand.

• Cala La Palmera: a small corner of the Mediterranean with gravel sand.

For other excursions away from the coast, you can visit the Castillo de Santa Bárbara with a location that provided it with a strategic position in ancient times.

If you want to visit one of the largest and most popular green spaces in the area, you should go to Parc President Adolfo Suárez which is located a few meters away.
