This beautiful house with garden and pool is located in Denia, in the Les Rotes area and next to its sandy beaches. It is ideal for a quiet vacation where you can relax with family or friends, in the vicinity of the El Montgó Natural Park.

With a maximum capacity for 6 people, its 130 m2 are divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms: 2 of them with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, all with clean sheets.

The rooms are accessed by stairs and, like the rest of the house, they have parquet flooring.

They have plugs near of the mattress and modern nightstands on the sides of the beds. Next to these are large windows with thin curtains. The bedrooms also have a fan and balcony.

• 2 Bathrooms: with shower or bathtub, spacious and with modern design. They have a small bidet next to the toilet and a marble sink under a medium-length mirror.

• 1 Kitchen: well equipped with direct access to the living room, since both are open spaces that make up the ground floor of the accommodation.

It's modern, with a long light wood worktop that has plug sockets near and a coffee maker. It also has complete crockery and various electrical appliances, such as the oven.

Next to it you will find a furnished interior dining room for you to enjoy with your companions. It is very well lit by natural light , as a large window extends next to it with views of the garden.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a small American-style bar .

• 1 Room: with access to the rest of the rooms by a spiral staircase . The whole house has a style that combines blue with white, as well as good lighting.

In this area there is 1 L-shaped sofa in front of a Smart TV that hangs on the wall. From here you can access the garden.

• Garden with lots of green space and a path leading to the entrance.

It contains a porch with armchairs to rest in the fresh air and a hanging hammock. You will also find in this space an outdoor dining room.

Outside, you can access the private pools of the enclosure, with different sizes and sunbeds for sunbathing.

This house is located in the natural environment of El Montgó, a natural park between the towns of Dénia and Xàbia, in Alicante.

Due to its extension and its diversity, it is an ideal place where you can go hiking and climb to the top. If you are lucky, from there you will be able to see the island of Ibiza.

In case you prefer to bathe on the beaches of the Costa Blanca, there are many spaces where you can cool off and sunbathe. Among them:

• Playa de El Trampolí, with a rocky surface and a springboard from which you can access the sea.

• Platja de Les Rotes, with transparent waters that give it a unique beauty in the area.

• Playa de la Marineta Casiana, a space of sand that has been certified several times with the Blue Flag.

The place has good access to public transport, being the Estació de Dénia the closest.
