El Cumbrero

This rural house is located in the Riojan municipality of Montemediano, a short distance from the capital, Logroño, and surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes that allow guests to relax in a rural environment and away from the urban center. This spacious accommodation has 2 floors and with the capacity to host 12 people.

The house is made up of 3 floors, the first and the second , with independent access door, are the ones destined for the vacation rental vacation rental. In the first instance, the house has a spacious and bright living-dining room composed of sofas and several armchairs, a plasma television and a fireplace that brings warmth to the room during cold winter days in the North.

In this area there is also available a large wooden dining table with capacity for 12 people. It also has large windows that give this room light and allow the guest to glimpse the surroundings.

The accommodation has a fully equipped and renovated kitchen . It has wooden furniture and new electrical appliances, such as the oven, the hob, the dishwasher or the microwave.

Throughout its 2 floors, the house distributes 6 double rooms, some with a double bed and others with 2 single beds. All of them have windows that offer magnificent views of the surroundings, their corresponding bedding, bedside tables and radiators.

The accommodation has 6 bathrooms, each of them included in a different room. They are all complete and consist of a sink, mirror and shower or bathtub.
The house also has a library with different books and a parking inside the farm.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden with lawn, loungers for sunbathing, garden tables and chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a barbecue with friends or family.

This small town is in a privileged situation due to its wonderful views of the surroundings of Logroño. Some of the surrounding towns are of great tourist interest such as El Rasillo, Nieva and Ortigosa
Some places to go on excursions are the different walks through the natural park with its streams and waterfalls of Puente Ra, the Peñas de Iregua, Leza and Jubera or caves Ortigosa de Cameros.

Finally, it is worth highlighting the Sierra de Cebollera Natural Park, the González Lacasa Reservoir or the capital of the province, Logroño.
