El Granero

This rural house you can find it in the municipality of Alcalá del Júcar. Previously it was the space annexed to the main house where the grain was kept and conserved.

Now it is the upper floor of a complex that has been conditioned as independent rural accommodation. And thanks to this has all its attic rooms. Although with a high enough ceiling so that it is not an impediment.

It is accessed through spiral stairs. Which give a small terrace that is at your entrance, and from which you can see much of the municipality.

It has 2 bedrooms in which you can stay a total of 5 people. And it is that one of them has a double bed and an individual for a third. While the other has only one large marriage.

The living room is orange and is equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs and television; plus a dining table with capacity to accommodate 6 people.

It also has a fully equipped kitchen and recently renovated. As well as with a bathroom with shower.

This rural accommodation forms the complex of the Gilaventura Rural Houses. Which has, in addition to this one, other 2: El Pajar and La Taina. Each of them for 7 people.

Alcalá del Júcar is located in the province of Albacete. It has around 1,300 inhabitants and has been built around the Júcar river. All its houses and buildings are forming a kind of mountain on a gigantic rock.

It is crowned by a castle in the central part, which has existed since the 15th century and which served to control the whole municipality.

One of the most curious places to visit are the houses that have been excavated inside the rock. As well as the caves that nature has been commissioned to build, such as the Devil or Masagó.
