El Granero

This Rural House can be found in the municipality of Alcalá del Júcar. Previously it was the space attached to the main house where the grain was kept and kept. 

Now it is the upper floor of a complex that has been conditioned as an independent rural accommodation. And thanks to this, has all its abuhardilladas rooms. Although with a roof high enough so that it is not an impediment.

It is accessed through spiral stairs. Which give a small terrace that is at its entrance, and from which much of the municipality can be sighted.

This rural accommodation forms the Rural Houses complex Gilaventura. It has, in addition to this, another 2: the haystack and the taina. Each of them for 7 people.

Alcalá del Júcar is located in the province of Albacete. It has around 1,300 inhabitants and has been built around the Júcar River. All its houses and buildings are forming a kind of mountain on a gigantic rock. 

is crowned by a castle in the central part, which exists since the fifteenth century and served to control the entire municipality. 

One of the most curious places to visit are the houses that have been excavated inside the rock. As well as the caves that nature has been responsible for building, such as that of El Diablo or Masagó.
