El Hayedo

The Hayedo is a old haystack of s. XVIII, completely reformed in 2008, which is located at Pineda de la Sierra, Burgos, region of the Sierra de la Demanda.

Of the original construction its structure is partially conserved: its ground floor, very wide of 180 m², and an upper floor that is divided into two zones, among which are 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, of which three are double and one double with two single beds.

In the lower part of this spectacular house we find a corridor that is divided into several environments:

A living room that contains a beautiful chimney of construction accompanied with sofas in two ambierntes and armchairs in front of the fireplace, as well as television with DVD.

A corner dedicated to reading where there is a small table with armchairs and a bookcase.

A magnificent piano down the stairs. In addition, the house also has music system.

Fully equipped kitchen and attached to the dining room where there are two separate tables for 4 people, but that can be joined and made for 8.

One bathroom with shower tray.

On the outside of the rural house, we can find a huge garden where a huge table with chairs has been placed to enjoy the barbecue. Also in the garden there is a space reserved for a small garden .

All the decoration of the rural house is composed of antiquarian furniture with the aim of preserving the rural essence of the old barn.

The house is fully equipped tamto in rooms, bathrooms and kitchen.

In the environment you can enjoy the natural setting of mountain (approx. 1,150 m above sea level), as the house is nestled in the foothills of pico San Millán, where it crosses the river Arlanzón and flows into the reservoir homónimo.

At 200 meters from the house, is la que greenway runs along the reservoir and which curiously is located en Pineda de la Sierra.
