The largest has a rest area with sofas next to a meeting area and in the center, an imposing wood-burning fireplace that also brings warmth to the dining area, which has a large table and several chairs around. The second has a rest space with armchairs in front of the television and next to it, the dining area with a table next to the windows with views.
- A spectacular kitchen connected to the dining room, in which we have a large countertop with several wooden cabinets in which you will find the different elements of the kitchenware and also the appliances with which you will be able to cook like at home. In addition, it has a window with views to the outside and next to it, a pantry where you can store everything you need.
- 7 large bedrooms, in which you will find a double bed in 2 of them, while in the 3 next we have a pair of single beds, the sixth space has 3 single beds and last, we have 5 single beds inside the last bedroom.
- 8 complete bathrooms, in which you will find all kinds of toiletries for everyday use and for which we will leave you several sets of towels. X
- A leisure room,, in which you will have a lot of games to have a great time all together as well as plasma television and sofas.

- A large garden space in which we find ourselves in the center with a large swimming pool surrounded by hammocks for bathing or sunbathing. The pool is open all year round, since it also has a heat pump for the winter season.
- A barbecue area with covered gazebo next door so you can eat outdoors with the best views of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
- A leisure space with several games so that everyone can have a great time.
