This rural accommodation, located in the town of El Viso de San Juan, which belongs to Toledo, very close to Madrid, is perfect for spending a few quiet days in the area.

It is an unbeatable location where you will be able to enjoy the proximity to Madrid but enjoying the calm that reigns in the area. In addition, it consists of completely private spaces both inside the home and in its outdoor spaces.

The house has capacity for a maximum of 10 people who will be able to find the rooms that we will detail below:

• A large open-plan kitchen in which the main elongated countertop is located, which consists of several wooden cabinets in which we have distributed the different elements of the kitchenware and also the appliances. In addition, in parallel there is the bar that communicates with the living room and consists of several stools.

• The living room is a dining room and consists of a rest area composed of a comfortable upholstered sofa and located next to the window and in front of the wood-burning fireplace, that looks directly towards a piece of furniture with the plasma television. Next to it, we have the dining area next to another window and next to the kitchen bar, where the large table with its chairs is located.

• 2 fully equipped bathrooms where you will find all kinds of sanitary ware. In one of them, purple in color, we have a shower, while in the second there is a bathtub. X

• 3 large bedrooms, distributed so that 2 of the rooms have a large double bed , while in the third space, we have 2 bunk beds that comprise the 4 single beds. In addition to this, we have double sofa bed to complete the maximum capacity.

The exterior is without a doubt what you are going to enjoy the most and consists of:

• A large garden space in which we have all kinds of games for adults and children, with swings, booths, mini soccer fields and much more.

• A large barbecue area, where you will be able to cook outside and enjoy the dishes all together.

• A spectacular pool in which you will find the oasis you need, which is also fenced and surrounded by a set of hammocks so you can also sunbathe.

Our accommodation is located within the province of Toledo, but in an area very close to Madrid called El Viso de San Juan, where you will be able to enjoy a unique vacation.

It is an environment in which you will be able to find a lot of plans to explore both its urban center and its surroundings thanks to its wide tourist offer.

Among the natural areas, you can also do some of the best hiking and mountain routes with which you can enjoy very charming places.

This small town offers you proximity to two large cities, Madrid and Toledo. In the big city, located 44 km from the ranch, you can visit everything it has to offer, from museums, to musicals and theaters.

As for the historic city of Castilla-La Mancha, just 38 km away, it offers you the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, culturally known for belonging to the Franciscan Order; the Alcázar, palace of the Spanish monarchy in 1734; or the Moorish Gate, gateway to Madrid.

In addition, you can delight in La Mancha gastronomy since the town has several restaurants and bars.
