This rural house, broken down in these lines, is located in the municipality of Villanueva de Ávila, belonging to the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, which thanks to its magical environment and its small population of only 230 inhabitants, it covers the necessary characteristics to complete an experience that surely leaves you wanting to repeat.

As we approach the house, we find a asphalt road that ends in a roofed parking to park your cars, standing next to the immense plot that surrounds it, where you will find an area for leisure, being able to prepare meals exquisite thanks to the barbecue and al wood oven, enjoy it in the roofed picnic room and wait for 2 hours of digestion, while playing the smallest with our swings and football goals, before giving us a refreshing dip in the great indoor pool, which makes it usable throughout the year.

It is important and necessary to emphasize that our accommodation is completely conditioned, both inside and outside, for the easy access for people with reduced mobility.

With a maximum capacity of 12 people, of which 2 would have to sleep in extra beds, the rooms of the house are the following:

• A dining room, decorated with walls and chimney of stone that combine perfectly with the wood of tables, chairs and furniture, as well as with the autumnal tones of the rest of the ornamentation.

• A kitchen completely equipped, with all the appliances needed, and decorated with wooden furniture.

• 5 double bedrooms, both with double beds as individual, each having a personality stamp to be painted or set in a striking color. Having all the amenities that furniture can offer you, in which you can unpack your suitcase, each room has its own bathroom, complete with toilets in perfect condition and spacious showers.

This rural house is located in the leonine municipality of Villanueva de Ávila, with a population of no more than 230 inhabitants, so it assures us a break and a total disconnect from our busy lives, leaving aside the fun and the enthusiasm of its patronal celebrations.

We are in pleno Valle del Alberche, which is named after the river que bathes their lands, creating a wonderful environment for Walking and surprise us with its magical corners. You can also get close to Reservoir Burguillo, or Burgohondo River, which allow us the bathroom during the months of verano.

If we get a unique and complete experience, we should not miss visiting towns like Cebreros o El Tiemblo of great beauty and historical significance, being almost obligatory visit to the beautiful and magnificent city of Avila, in which soak with its beauty and culture, as well as its good wines, accompanying the famous suckling pig .
