El Llau I

The rural houses are the result of the rehabilitation of an authentic Asturian farmhouse.

Both are semi-detached on the same property and are fully rented, and can be rented individually or jointly. The first house has capacity for 10 people and the second for 8 people.

They have a total of 9 bedrooms, all are doubles, 4 with double beds and 5 with single beds. They have 4 bathrooms, two in each house. It also has a room as a dining room with a long table where 18 guests will gather.

You will enjoy a space that functions as a living room, with wonderful sofas that cover a fireplace that heats during the coldest months, and from where you can watch television.
For its part, the kitchens, which are located next to the previous room, are perfectly equipped so that you can comfortably prepare those recipes that your family and friends like so much.

The exterior consists of a large lawn (2,500 m.). In it we have incorporated a grill in a space so that you can prepare food on a barbecue. Without a doubt, as in every typical Asturian house, the hórreo could not be missing. It also has vehicle parking within the property itself.

La Collada is a parish in the municipality of Siero, with being the capital of the Pola de Siero council, which makes it the most populated of the same. Furthermore, it is one of the few places in the Autonomous Community where this population is increasing. Thanks to this you will find in the place all the services you need and a wide variety of things to do.

From here you can access different beaches, and without a doubt, if you have time, we recommend that you take a jump to Gijón which is 11 km away or to Covadonga, which is less than an hour away. For the more adventurous, and if you love walking, you can follow the route to Picu Fariu and the Peña de Cuatro Jueces.
