El Llaurador

An elegant rural accommodation located in a 3 -storey house in the 19th century. It is located in Benimeli (Alicante), at the foot of the Sierra de Segaria and has capacity for 8 people. It is a perfect house for both groups of friends and complete families.

The house has a patio whose perimeter is forms a stone wall. We have:

• pool with night lighting, which is fenced for more peace of minds with children.

Inside the house, on the top floor we have a sunny terrace, in which there is a jacuzzi covered and glazed so that it can be used at any time of the year. The use is optional, and entails an additional cost for it.

Sleep stays consist of 2 marriage rooms and 2 double bedrooms of separate beds, one of them in the attic decorated with wooden beams.

It is ideal to go with babies, since in the house we have a cradle.

The plant below is an open space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The decoration keeps elements of the time as a cistern that separates the kitchen from the dining room.

From our rural stone there are magnificent views to the Sierra de Segaria.

Benimeli is a Arab Origin located in the Girona River Valley, in the Sierra de Segaria. From the viewpoint of the Sierra there are fantastic views, you even get to see the island of Ibiza when the day is clear.

There are routes to visit close historical and cultural elements, such as:

• Sources like that of Català or Ramón's.
• Caves such as the Bolumini cave, in which we can see spectacular stalactites and columns, or the Cueva dels Coloms.
• BARRANCO DEL HELLO recognized as one of the most open ravines in the Valencian Community.
• Montgó Natural Park with the massif of the same name as a reference.

The Beach of Les Deves, a very quiet beach of sand, is 15 minutes by car.
