El LLombo de Pendia

This single-storey house is located in the Asturian town of Pendia. It has all the qualities of a rural accommodation typical of this Autonomous Community. And for its walls and conservations you can still see its long years of history.

is built with a dark stone on the interior walls that is maintained in most rooms. The roof was also made with laminated stones, although inside it has been remodeled to maintain the structure, they are still maintained, in view, their wooden beams.

Outside is the typical elevated Asturian house, the granite, which can be enjoyed as well as the rural house.

Nothing else to accede to this lodging is a space dedicated now to the living room and where also the kitchen and the table of meals are located. In this place a wood oven is preserved in what was once the kitchen of the house. Today it can still be used. The living room is furnished with sofas located in front of the plasma TV, and with its back to this kitchen area.

In addition, in this space can be seen as a kind of old porch on the wood oven, as well as its high ceilings, today remodeled.

The country house has 3 rooms with their 3 private bathrooms. So it can accommodate about 6 people. Two of these bedrooms have beds for couples and other single beds. One of them is perfectly adapted for people with disabilities, both the bathroom and the rest space.

Outside there is a asphalted space for the car park, as well as a playground and another where the barbecue is located.

The Asturian town of Pendia is the one that has replaced the village that years later has been discovered in its surroundings, Castro de Pendia. Since then some of his pieces have been restored so that visitors who come to the town of Pendia can visit it. In it you can see defense structures of the time, homes or saunas.

For this village also passes the River Pendia. And it has all the characteristic of Asturias, being able to enjoy one of the most characteristic dishes of the Asturian gastronomy, fabada.
