El Losar

This rural house built of stone and with 2 floors is located in the municipality of the same name of the house, El Losar, belonging to the province of Ávila.

It can accommodate up to 4 people, and is formed for it by a double room with double bed (and a sofa) and another double but with separate single beds, both on the top floor. On the same floor you can find a attic bathroom with parquet floor and shower tray.

On the lower floor you will find a large open space that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen, spaces decorated with great taste and thinking above all about functionality. In the rest area there is a TV last generation, in front of a fireplace y a 3-seater sofa and another one.

The kitchen gives to this space through a bar with stools to be used as a dining room. Its furniture is brick and is covered by curtains, demonstrates that the use of the original structures of the house incorporating all luxury amenities has established a good touch of elegance.

Next to the entrance there is a small stone patio that we have equipped so that you can enjoy moments of relaxation and meals when the weather is good.

So far you can come with babies, since we have cradle available, and also with your pets, because we admit them without any problem.

The place where we are, El Losar, is tranquility guarantee. Well, it is far from all the noise and has hardly any inhabitants. It is, therefore, the ideal place for disconnection.

Something you will also enjoy the views and the possibilities offered by Sierra de Gredos, at our feet. If you want to visit a monument in the area we recommend the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, whose history dates back to the sixteenth century.

This is also a key point for lovers of sports in the snow, because we are very close to the famous ski resort of Covatilla.
