El Mirador Del Abuelo

The rural house is located on the outskirts of the village of Comares, in the province of Malaga, exactly 8 km away. This makes the house is only surrounded by field and mountains, being perfect to come and observe nature, as its name suggests, and enjoy the tranquility without anyone bothering you.

The accommodation has a capacity for 9 people maximum, ideal for several families, couples or a group of friends.

Inside it has a spacious living room with a fireplace that will be the queen in the winter evenings. The kitchen incorporates all the appliances and utensils and utensils necessary for cooking. In addition, 2 full bathrooms are distributed in the house to share between its 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and a third quadruple room.

We also have a crib in one of the double bedrooms and one of the sofas in the living room becomes a sofa-bed, to be able to accommodate another guest more.

The outdoor area of the house is spectacular. A private estate, completely fenced, with views of nature that we can enjoy from the terrace.

It also has a great pool, also fenced for the safety of children, with sun loungers around it and a slide to enjoy the pool in a different way.

Finally we also find an area with a barbecue with garden furniture next door, more specifically tables and chairs, to enjoy the summer nights with a good barbecue.

The rural house is in an ideal enclave. As its name indicates its rooms do the functions of natural viewpoint, from which to contemplate the views of the fields of the Axarquía.

The views offered by us range from the variety of flora in the area as wildlife, where we can find palms, thyme or rabbits.

Also interesting are the visits to the most characteristic towns of the region such as Periana, Canillas de Aceituno, Sierra Tejeda or Comares, the latter the closest to the house, just 8 km away.
