El Olmo

This rural house that we show here is located in the beautiful town of Nerpio, which belongs to the Manchego de Albacete municipality, with a population that maintains the peace of minds of populations reduced, but adding the life and movement of its people in streets and squares.

The house is within the omplex the junctions , although due to the dense vegetation that surrounds it, and the distance it maintains with the rest of the homes, it will seem that we are isolated in the middle of the field, but with all the comforts it offers us.

With a lime and stone facade that decorates details such as the low of its walls, doors and windows, also being seen inside, to which the wood of ceilings and furniture is added.

With a maximum capacity for 2 people, inside we find the following rooms:

• A broad room in which are mixed, very intelligently and without stealing space for each other, the room, with a comfortable sofa in front of a television that is next to a table with 2 chairs, doing the times of dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and decorated in wood.

• a bedroom, with the front wall covered in wood on which the marriage bed is supported, surrounded by furniture that only add beauty and ergonomics to the stay.

• A full bathroom, which includes a shower, having as extra the towel set.

Abroad and as a common area we can enjoy a area with swings, for the little ones, and a great restaurant in which we can get all the most typical and exquisite meals in the area, having the possibility of eating both inside and in the terrace, from which you can see the beauty of the views.

This rural house is located in the Manchego municipality of Albacete, more specifically in the vicinity of the town of Nerpio, with a population that is around 1300 inhabitants and a typical beauty of the south, ideal to take long walks while enjoying its corners, such as the street of the arc or the parish of the Purísima.

Surrounding the people, we have an ideal environment for nature lovers, being able to visit and carry out activities in places such as the Sierra de las Cabras or the Sierra del Segura, named by the river that bathes its lands and from where we will have spectacular views, or areas such as the reservoir of the Taibilla River, where we can refresh us in the hottest summer moments.

Within this environment, there are precious buildings such as the Watchtower of the Biscable or the Taibilla Castillo, both of great antiquity and architectural importance. But if we want to make an even further trip in time, we should not miss Solana de las Covachas, spectacular caves that contain prehistoric rock art of Levantine style.
