El Oteru I

This charming rural house is one of the 2 lodgings of the El Oteru complex, this being the largest due to its exterior garden area. It is a small and cozy located in the northern part of the peninsula, surrounded by lush mountainous landscapes both as amazing beaches. It has capacity to host 4 people.

Through the front door is accessed un bright open room composed of various wooden furniture, an armchair 2 seater and 2 armchairs facing a coffee table and a TV.

The kitchen se located in the same room, but is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar brick exerted dining table, 6 chairs con around. This is fully restored y has modern furniture and new appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, oven and hood, as well as various electronic appliances, dishes and utensils.

The accommodation consists of a second floor, where the 2 rooms are located. The first has a bed marriage, built-in wardrobe, bedside table and peach walls. The next bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and its walls are painted a blue tone. The floors are parquet and the ceilings have wooden beams.

The bathroom is located on this floor and consists of a shower with whirlpool, washbasin and mirror.

One of the things that makes this house more attractive is its spacious garden . It is accessed through a terrace with porch, endowed with wonderful towards the mountain. This one has a table and garden armchairs. From here, the guest can enjoy a large garden with lawn and barbecue.

This country house is located at Villaviciosa, a small Asturian town near the coast and enjoying wonderful views, both mountain and beach.

Some of the places to visit nearby is, for example, the ría de Villaviciosa, which flows into the Cantabrian Sea. Another water spot that can be enjoyed is the beaches, such as Merón, located in the same municipality.

Some cultural destination may be, for example, the Jurassic Museum, located in San Telmo, where you can see different samples about dinosaurs.
