Our rural house raises its old stone walls over the municipality of El Torno, in the province of Cáceres. It is a place with spectacular views of the Jerte Valley and where you can enjoy tranquility guaranteed.
The apartment is part of a building of which it occupies the ground floor, and was an old manor house in which, despite its renovations, it retains the traditional structure and walls. This accommodation has a maximum capacity to accommodate 6 guests, if we use the sofa that converts into a bed in one of the rooms.

In the interior of this accommodation we will find:
- Un living room with integrated kitchen. It has a square wooden table that serves as a dining room and a comfortable sofa on which to sit and rest. In front of this is the television where you can watch your favorite movie. In addition, we have an internet connection through a network Wifi.
- The kitchen, as we have already mentioned, is integrated into the living room. It is separated from this room by an American bar. It is “U” shaped with a brick and marble countertop. The decoration of the house is in a very rural style, so as not to clash with the environment in which it is located. The kitchen has a very complete cooking and serving kitchenware, in addition to the necessary appliances, such as a microwave and an oven. The fire is made of ceramic hob.
- The house has 2 double bedrooms, which are located up the stairs. The first 2 steps of this, which are made of stone, belong to the main staircase of the old house that led to the cellars, which are today the rooms. One of the bedrooms has double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The fifth and sixth person staying in the house has a sofa bed in one of the rooms.
- Finally, there are 2 bathrooms, one per room and both fully equipped. The heating will allow you to regulate the temperature when the cold winter days arrive.

Sourroundings of El Padre La Calle 1
The surroundings of our apartment are a very comfortable place for sightseeing, we are in the Valle del Jerte with spectacular views of it and it is a good base for sightseeing throughout the north of Extremadura and even get close to Cáceres capital, Trujillo, Monfragüe or Mérida, not to mention the medieval pearl of the Valley that is Plasencia and is next door.
In our area there are many hiking routes, picnic areas, interpretation centers, and adventure activities offered by active tourism partners to fully enjoy the nature that surrounds us. And any time is good to visit.
Throughout the year, activities related to the towns, traditions, the crops of the Valley and the gastronomy of each moment are programmed. There are art festivals and mountain and bike races.
