In the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, at the end of El Barraco, is our rural complex made up of several houses. These in particular that we present to you are called Swamp "a" and "b".

Typical granite stone houses that make their façade have a special and different air. Outside there are a series of common areas and but inside you have all the possible comforts to make your stay as perfect as possible.
The houses have the following rooms:

• The kitchen, made up of numerous appliances, is the perfect space to create your favorite dishes and surprise your companions. You also have cutlery and crockery available. You will not lack detail in the presentation.

• The living room is cozy with a sofa and a piece of furniture where we have enabled a television. The ideal space to read, chat or entertain yourself with board games. There is also a nice fireplace that gives it a very characteristic rural air of the area. Without a doubt, the perfect setting to share with your loved ones.

• There are a total of 2 rooms. The first one has a double bed, already made up of sheets and blankets. The second has 2 single beds that are also equipped. They are rooms that will make you rest and be very comfortable. You also have some tables and cabinets where you can organize all your clothes and your belongings.

• The bathroom is very simple but it has all the basics to clean yourself. A shower, sink and toilet.

As we have already mentioned, outside the house you will find a pool shared with 3 other accommodations to cool off during the hottest seasons. There is also a picnic area to share binge moments with all your friends and in which you can prepare a delicious barbecue. You have all the necessary material for it.
A house that is easy to access, you can do it in your own car and without a doubt you are going to have a great vacation.

El Barraco is a municipality belonging to the province of Ávila, right in the Alberche valley which is bathed by the river of the same name. It has a beautiful bell tower in the center of town.
We recommend a visit to Ávila, although there is a little distance, it is one of the most beautiful walled cities that we have in our country. Among the many monuments that it has in its old town we have the Catedral del Salvador de Ávila, it is from the 12th century and originally had a military function. The Basilica of San Vicente is Romanesque in style and its large dimensions attract a lot of attention. Outside of the religious architecture we can take a nice walk through the Plaza del Mercado Chico that also stands out for a construction full of arches and that is the meeting place for many people so it is always full of life.
The Embalse de Burguillo is another characteristic place in this area. It is a reservoir located next to the Alberche river and where its water is used for agricultural purposes in the cities and towns in the area. Just 5 minutes away we have El Tiemblo, which we must not forget for its fantastic and famous Castañar.
