El Paraiso del Yayo

The stone house served as a shepherd's cabin years ago. It is located at Rozas de Soba, a Cantabrian town, which belongs to the Valley of the same name. It has a maximum capacity of 8 people.

It consists of 3 double rooms, one with double bed and the other 2, with separate beds of a size of 0.90 m.All rooms are located on the top floor of the accommodation. The double room has a full bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The house has a large living-dining room with 3 sofas, one of which is sofa-bed, which allows that apart from the capacity of the bedrooms the stay with 2 more people is allowed. It is equipped with:

• 42 "plasma television
• Wood fireplace.
• Board games.
• Direct access to the garden.

The kitchen is connected to the living room and has all the furniture and appliances needed such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, etc.

The living room, kitchen and a bathroom (equipped with clothes, shower and washing machine) are located on the ground floor of the house.

On the outside of the house you can enjoy a large porch with table, benches, a foosball and a barbecue para outdoor meals whenever the weather permits.

In addition, it has large green areas of lawn and trees with a space with swings for the little ones and a private parking area in case you decide to come by car.

The house is perfect for groups of friends or families with children.

Rozas de Soba is a Cantabrian municipality anchored in one of the valleys of the community, called Soba.

You can enjoy The Colón del Asón Natural Park with an uncountable natural wealth formed by forests, valleys, glaciers and other formations.

You can also visit many places of interest:

• Civiles, among which stand out different Torres.
• Religious: Temples, churches, etc.
• Ethnographic Interpretation Center.
