El Rincón de la Rosa I

This is number one of our 2 homes. Both are located in the same rural complex. The one that concerns us now has capacity for a maximum of 6 people and will invite you to discover Brugos de Fenar.

If you are a group of more than 6 people you can rent the 2 houses.

It is located on the first floor of this building. The exterior façade reveals the characteristic materials of the area, such as stone and wood, but the interior has been completely rehabilitated .

Inside you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, in the same open space, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the common room, the walls are made of stone, and the wooden ceilings. In the lounge area there are several armchairs and a sofa in the center of which there is a table, also made of wood. In front of the seats there is a robust wooden cupboard, where the crockery and glassware are located, and a piece of furniture where the television is held.

At the back of this space is the round dining table with 4 chairs around it. At the end of the room is the kitchen. This is distributed along a wall where cabinets, drawers, and electrical appliances are interspersed. We have an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge with freezer.

The 2 bedrooms are doubles. One of them is furnished with a double bed and the other , with 2 single beds. Both have headboards, made of wood or wrought iron, and the walls are lined with stone. Inside there is a wardrobe and several bedside tables. Bed linen is included. We can provide you extra beds.

In the rural house there is a single bathroom equipped with a shower tray.

The exterior of the house is shared with the other dwelling. There are in total 1,400 square meters of land with grass and asphalt. They are populated by numerous trees and plants and for you to enjoy them to the fullest there is a covered porch, barbecue and various garden furniture.

The rural house has central heating.

The accommodation is located in the Leonese town of Brugos de Fenar. Here you can visit an endless number of monuments and places of interest, such as:

• Hermitage in medieval style from the 13th and 14th centuries.
• The parish church.
• The 18th century Aqueduct.

In a little less than half an hour you can move to León. Here art predominates in every corner, from its Plaza Mayor to the house designed by the great Gaudí. In addition, there are numerous palaces and religious temples.
